New Homeschool Mom,I have some qeustionx about it,please help me!!!

Question:
I have decided through lots of prayer to homeschool my four children, ages
10, 7, 6, and 3. I would appreciate any help or thoughts, I am still in a
state of confusion and a bit overwhelmed. I am so excited though! I have
already come upon some obstacles, though, when I went to file my intent at the
district, they gave me misinformation regarding the laws and my
qualifications. In short, they intimidated me, but I have since found that
they were wrong! Would love to correspond. Thanks in advance!
Answer:
- I also am a New Homeschool Mom but I only have to focus on my sons ages
5 and 3. I can only pray for your patience and strength in
homeschooling four children. We believe this has been the best decision
for our family. We love going to school in our pajamas and not getting
dressed till after lunch.
We too received the wrong leads to getting started but have since found
our way through the red tape. We also joined HSLDA which is very
informative and a great assurance to us if we ever need any legal help.
We are now planning a move to another state which has even more red tape
to cut through, but with prayer and perserverance we will be able to
make it.
