where can I find a report card ?

Question:
My son is in Taekwondo and the instructor has a policy that if he makes straight "A"s on his report card he will receive a patch for his uniform. So where can I find a report card in excell or microsoft word that I can printout for him to take to his class ? I have excell and word on my computer, but I do not know how to make a nice looking report card ?

-I use Microsoft publisher and I don't see anything that would help there either. (I've never actually SEEN a report card myself :) But, I'd think just making a table/columns with the subject and grade with "Lee's homeschool" at the top and explaining to the teacher should do it. Most programs have where you can make a table or set of columns. -Try this website:

It has lots of recordkeeping forms, including report cards. I think they are all in Adobe Acrobat, which you can get as a free download.
