Home Schooling in Kentucky

Question:
I am looking for information on home schooling children in the state of Kentucky. I would like to be totally prepared for when my twin girls get close to "school age." I am already catching flack from family members, and I am just trying to get all the info I can.

Answer:
I'm in Kentucky and not getting much support either. I will be homeschooling a kindergartner this fall, and a kindergartner next fall. My boys are 5, 3-1\2 and 20months. I'm looking forward to homeschooling and i'm determined to do it even if no one supports me. They'll soon figure out that I'm gonna do it with or without them. I have a couple of websites. What exactly do u want to know? I live in the Lex. area. I'd love to keep in touch since we're both gonna be beginners...take care and write back soon!
