there's not a lot on the net for you guys.
But if I were you I would telephone the school district to get the name of
their alumin director. i would also send an email to the base commander
advising him/her that you are interested in an alumni association and you would
greatly appreciate any assistance the base can (legally) provide.

-Lived in Mountain Home for a couple of years of my life. Towards the
beginning. I just remember the desert and a swingset and slide out in the
middle of it. Used to hide under the slide out there. I'm a long time and a
long way from there now.
